*In early 2021 several affiliates came together to increase their collective impact. These collaborations included Habitat Saskatoon, Habitat Regina and Habitat Prince Albert merging to become Habitat Saskatchewan; Habitat Brant-Norfolk joining Habitat Heartland Ontario as a chapter; and Habitat Halton-Mississauga acquiring Dufferin County, to be renamed Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga-Dufferin, with Habitat Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph being renamed Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington.
